The project, developed across a joint team from the Headquarters Department of the Army Intelligence directorate and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, integrated human-AI teaming and advanced analytics into what the recognition panel described as a next-generation Digital ISR capability. The system transforms how the Department of War and its partners anticipate threats by enabling predictive, AI-enabled intelligence operations rather than reactive ones.</p>
