The contract, issued by Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, carries a completion date of March 2027. THOR is developed by FUSE — formerly known as Flying Production — a subsidiary of Elbit Systems C4I &amp; Cyber. Avandra LLC, Elbit&rsquo;s U.S.-based subsidiary, will provide local training, field support, and technical sustainment alongside the delivery.</p>
